Discovering, Learning & Understanding
Graphic design has given me a discipline where I create, explore, learn, adapt, and understand life along its ever-changing pace.
Iām drawn to quiet details, patterns in nature, traces of time, and the stories held within history, place, and people. This is a space where I explore how design has inspired and continues to shape the way I see and understand the natural world.
My background in traditional print design has evolved alongside the continued momentum of learning and exploring different design skills and mediums, rooted in traditional and digital printing while extending into websites, digital experiences, and new ways of communicating and telling stories.
Today, I work in higher education, where continued learning has inspired me. As a graduate student at Harvard University, my studies in photography, video, instructional design, visual storytelling, and filmmaking have opened up new ways of thinking and expanded how I approach and apply design.
